1. Our Guarantee

We're confident that Prediabetix will provide valuable, research-backed guidance for your metabolic health. To back that confidence, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all premium subscriptions.

To qualify for a full refund, you must:

  • Be within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription start
  • Have completed at least 3 modules (this ensures you've given the content a fair try)

If these conditions are met and you're still not satisfied, we'll refund your subscription in full.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial:

  • Full access to all premium content
  • No payment information required to start
  • Cancel anytime before trial ends with no charge

If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed rate.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Access continues until the end of your current billing month
  • Annual subscriptions: Access continues until the end of your current billing year
  • No partial refunds for unused time after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Your progress, notes, and certificates are preserved even after cancellation

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period:

  1. Email support@prediabetix.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Briefly explain why the content didn't meet your expectations (optional, but helps us improve)

We process refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Accounts that haven't completed at least 3 modules (indicates the content wasn't given a fair try)
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms)
  • Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service

6. Annual Subscription Early Cancellation

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day guarantee period:

  • No prorated refunds are available
  • Access continues until the end of your annual term
  • You will not be charged again upon expiration

If you're unsure about committing to an annual plan, we recommend starting with a monthly subscription.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In exceptional circumstances (extended illness, family emergency, etc.), we may offer:

  • Extended refund consideration
  • Subscription pause options
  • Credit toward future subscriptions

8. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or have concerns about a payment, please contact us first at billing@prediabetix.com. We can usually resolve billing issues quickly.

Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may result in account suspension and delays in resolution.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
